汽车变速器壳体零件加工工艺与夹具设计
摘要
我国作为世界上第一人口大国,自改革开放以来,我国经济突飞猛进,而经济进步带 动制造业一起发展,其中汽车制造业在近几年来发展尤为迅速。由于人民生活水平的提高, 对物质品质越来越追求,作为自由出行的交通工具,私家车必然成为首选,这就越来越考 验我国的汽车制造商的制造水平。而汽车中的变速器对汽车的性能影响非常大,它决定着 汽车性能的好坏,变速器壳体的作用是安装传动机构、换挡装置和部分操纵机构,同时还 可以储存润滑油,它需要一定的刚度以便起到支撑的作用,所以对变速器壳体的设计进行 不断的改进是十分必要的。
本文通过大量查阅文献资料和计算,逐步确定了壳体的加工工艺路线以及后续的夹具 设计。本文的重点工作在于根据设计图纸在三维建模软件 Creo4.0 上将要加工的壳体零件 进行三维建模,后续对壳体零件进行加工工艺分析,制定正确的工艺路线,编写工艺卡片, 计算好切削用量后进行夹具设计,最后运用二维绘图软件 AUTOCAD2018 绘制工程图 纸,包括零件图和装配图。
本文所设计的汽车变速器壳体夹具结构简便,紧凑,易装夹,精度高等优点,基本满 足自动产线上大量生产的要求。
通过本次制定加工工艺和夹具体的设计以及XX教授对我的悉心指导,让我对机械 制造加工流程更加熟悉,同时也学会了如何高效地查阅文献,对我今后的发展帮助巨大。

pursuit of material quality is becoming more and more. As a means of free travel, private cars
will inevitably become the first choice, which will increasingly test the manufacturing level of
my country's automakers. The transmission in the car has a great influence on the performance of the car. It determines the performance of the car. The role of the transmission housing is to install the transmission mechanism, shifting device and part of the operating mechanism. It can also
store lubricating oil. It needs certain In order to play a supporting role, it is necessary to continuously improve the design of the transmission case.
In this paper, through extensive reference to literature and calculations, the processing route of the casing and the subsequent fixture design are gradually determined. The key work of this
article is to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the shell parts to be processed on the
three-dimensional modeling software Creo4.0 according to the design drawings, and then to
analyze the processing technology of the shell parts, formulate the correct process route, write the process card, and calculate well After cutting the amount, the fixture design is carried out,
and finally the two-dimensional drawing software AUTOCAD2018 is used to draw the
engineering drawings, including part drawings and assembly drawings.The automobile
transmission housing fixture designed in this paper has the advantages of simple, compact, easy to clamp, and high precision, which basically meet the requirements of mass production on the automatic production line.
Through the formulation of the processing technology and the specific design of the clip
and the careful guidance of Professor Zhou Xinjian to me, I have become more familiar with the process of mechanical manufacturing and processing. At the same time, I have learned how to
consult the literature efficiently, which will be of great help to my future development.
